John Heycock will be running 55km on Saturday 2nd July for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales.

The 55km run is part of the Ultimate Trails challenge held annually in the picturesque Lake District. John must complete the challenge in 13.5 hours and tackle difficult terrain, steep ascents and descents as he runs the scenic route.

John supported Prostate Cymru last year and has chosen to support the charity again through this challenge to raise awareness and help prostate cancer sufferers. Any contribution is welcome.
