My name is John Peters. I live in Hucknall, Notts. I am 67 years old and I am disabled. I have mobility problems so I get around using an electric wheelchair. For the last 12 months I have been trying to lose weight.
Over this period I have lost 4st 11ib.
I have lost 13 inches off my chest, 13” off my waist and 3” off my neck.
To be honest I am quite proud of this.
Including this weight lossand what I lose next year I am going to try and lose a total of 10st 0lb in weight.
I have decided to make this a sponsored slim to raise money for “The Nottinghamshire Hospice”.
