On the 29th September I am, together with two work colleagues undertaking an 80km cyckle ride to support our nominated charity Disability Action Yorkshire/ The route will take in most of the Tour de Yorkshire Stage 1 of last year including the infamous Trapping Hill, or Cote de Lofthouse as it is now more commonly known.
