After a wonderful few years loosing 6.5 stone in weight, I've completed:

2014 - London Marathon

2014 - London to Paris Bike Ride

2015 - London Marathon

2015 - Ironman UK

2015 - Everest Base Camp Trek

So to keep my focus on weight management and determination I aim to complete in 2016:

2016 - London Marathon

2016 - An Ironman somewhere lol yet to be decided!

So please please please help me return the loyalty to Pink Lady Apples and raise a healthy chunk of cash for their chosen charity, The Stroke Association.

In 2015 I ran with an inspirational lady who had suffered a stroke and then she completed the London Marathon, in the costume, faster than me! Which I found simply amazing and motivational, so please please please help me to raise money for an exceptional home grown charity that does so much for our community, in ways we don't always hear about.
