I have just retired from the NHS after 34 years and I have the opportunity to now raise funds for BIADS. I have had the privilege to work with people living with Dementia ,their families and carers and all have taught me so much about caring, love, patients, humour and dedication.

BIADS offer much valued support and activities and put the person with Dementia and thier carers at the centre of everything they do.

We used to play rugby together and value being a team and what better way to test it than cycling approximately 1100 miles, if we go the right way and raise funds.
