I wasn't sure if we would attempt this again - Jon hasn't been too well with Meds changeover and Mum is even more unfit. Five miles pushing a wheelchair with a man of 11.5 stone some of which is uphill is a bit daunting. However, Jon wants to take part so Mum has to fall in line!

On Sunday 17th September, we  are 'pushing' to raise funds to order to gain our own premises, to hold our clubs, which increase all the time and to make our offices more accessible.  Every little helps - even more so if you gift aid it.
