Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My sister was diagnosed with bowel cancer in June last year, she had a colostomy operation and then had 6 months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She was told at the end of it that she would have surgery to have the tumour taken out. Unfortunately the tumour has now grown so big that even hospitals in London aren't able to do it. She has now started chemo at Salisbury to prolong her life.

During this whole time the staff at Salisbury hospital have been amazingly supportive, especially those on Pembroke Ward. I have decided to take on this challenge to support the amazing work that they do.

There aren't enough words in the world to describe what we are all going through but my sister, Holly, has been unbelievable since she got the diagnosis. She is brave, beautiful, sweet, kind and has so much support from friends and family.

So actions speak louder than words and I hope that you will all support me raising as much money as possible. Wish me luck!!
