In just under 3 months time I'll be hopping on a train and heading to Amsterdam - but the only high I'll be experience is runner's high.

Refugees at Home is a UK based charity aiming to connect those with a spare room in their home with asylum seekers and refugees in need of accommodation. So far they have hosted over 130,000 nights - that's nights being spent in warm, unused beds, rather than on park benches or empty trains.
