Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Yes, I'm doing it again, this time 500km over hilly Vietnam in April 2018

Thank you to everyone who donated last year! The team Fi and I cycled with in Cambodia raised over £100,000!!  but now I am asking you PLEASE to dig deep again because I have seen first hand how your donations directly change the lives of rural farmers in Asia.  The hand to mouth existence has to to be seen to be believed and I know every penny you give will enhance poverty stricken, war torn lives. I visited a  Cambodian women farmer who works 364 days a year 5am till 9pm and when she is not working her rice fields she works on construction sites. She sells crickets, eels and frogs from irrigation ditches to make ends meet as the rice harvest prices fluctuate wildly. She is one of many in Asia who need your help, so please help me and Care International make a difference. 

 I pay for my cycle trip myself so all the money you give goes directly to CARE.
