I work in Norwich for YMCA Norfolk where we work support young people to develop their full potential in mind, body and spirit.  I work in one of our hostels here in central Norwich with young people affected by homelessness, and I know firsthand the amazing impact that this fundraising could have so please chip in if you can!  Watch this space for updates and specific projects we're thinking of using this money for.

update 18/4/15:  Been a good 4 months training (they recommend slightly longer but what the heck!), including running over 100 miles in March.  I'm now on the downhill, easing off this week and last so I'm fresh for next sunday.  Looking forward to the atmosphere and buzz of the race, hoping that this will help with last 6 miles or so! thanks guys
