My family and some of my friends have lost young men to suicide, car crashes and other very tragic early deaths. I don’t recall any help for my father at the time of my brother’s death or for my husband when losing his brother... plus many more examples from friends. Of course, this could also be for the loss of a wife, daughter, sister....but my experience has been around boys and young men. 

Then there are the Men left behind who are bereaved and are reluctant to seek out or receive help - and if the offer is taken up it isn’t the right approach for them. Hence I was really pleased to see that StrongMen was offering a different approach to men age 18 to 55 who have suffered the loss of a family member or close friend.
