I love all animals, but I really love cats.  We have three cats - Archie (13 yo), a street cat from Boston, Freya (2 yo), a street cat from London, and Frankie (less than 1 year), who was adopted from the Bath Cats and Dogs Home.  

I am going to be locked in a cat pod with one of the rescue cats at the Bath Cats and Dogs Home for a couple of hours.  This will give me a chance to see what it's like for a cat living here, waiting to be adopted.  And hopefully, I will be with the cat long enough to establish some trust between us, so that I can give lots of cuddles and love and maybe get some purrs in return.  

Bath Cats and Dogs Home rescue, rehabilitate and re-home over 1,100 pets every year. They are there to take in unwanted, abandoned and abused cats, dogs and rabbits to give them a second chance of a happy home. I’m fundraising for Bath Cats and Dogs Home because, like them, I want to help unwanted pets in need.
