At the start of the year the three of us signed up for the Malaga half marathon. Two of us, Sophie and Jen,  took part in this event last year, so this year Julia decided to join us as her first ever half marathon!! Way to go Julia! We all run at different speeds but one thing is for certain we will all finish the race!

It just so happens that the race this year coincides with the first anniversary of our neighbour and friend, Dougie Hardie, who passed away suddenly last year. Laura, Dougie's wife, told us he supported this special charity. He was such a talented musician and brought joy and happiness to everybody when he performed. It is no wonder then that this charity was close to his heart. 

If you could spare a small donation on behalf of Dougie and Laura, it would be an honour for us to remember him on this special weekend.
