I (Julianne) have never really done anything like this before and really wanted to do something positive and meaningful for others this year. It's often all too easy to get swept up in the head-down, day to day busy-ness of life and looking out for ourselves and our own plans, so I really wanted to try and reach out to others this year whilst trying to get a little fitter at the same time. Kieren has been my Mr Motivator so far, and sometimes has to drag me out my comfort zone! :)

''Changing Lives'' is a brilliant charity who provide specialist support to society's most vulnerable people and their families. These are people who may have just come through addiction, abuse or homelessness or who may be struggling on the breadline.
