This year Calum and I will be trying our hardest to pull of a Salsa partner dance whilst also participating in a group dance to a saucy lil Ricky Martin number, all to raise money for CAUSE.

CAUSE are a local charity who help and support families who have a family member who suffers from a serious mental illness.

CAUSE provides emotional and practical support to carers in the form of one to one meetings, support groups, a helpline and being a voice for that forgotten army of people.

CAUSE are an extremely worthwhile charity and depend on donations from you kind people in order to continue the ongoing support they provide.

CAUSE is now in its 21st year and we are going bigger than last year to right and raise over £20,000.

Dig deep folks and help us raise as much as possible.  Any donation, no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.
