I am running as part of 'Team Hope' to raise as much money as possible and increase awareness of Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of soft tissue cancer which I had never heard of until I heard that my friend Tracy's daughter Hope had been diagnosed. Hope has been extremely brave and courageous during her treatment and I'm really hoping I can count on all my friends and family for support.

I have been training when I can between shifts (which hasn't been easy!) but it's made easier thinking of the money I'm trying to raise and the fight Hope is putting up against this cruel disease.
