So I heard about the sponsored abseiling challenge first for the Freshfields Liverpool Centre and decided I'd love to push myself to do something I'd find a challenge and raise much needed funds too! Then that same day I saw Freshfields Wales Centre were asking for people to do a Zip wire challenge and I thought 'Why not do both!'.

You all know how much I love animals so please just give whatever you can, it all adds up and whatever is raised will be split between the 2 centres. Every £1 will make a difference in some way.
