The things that we need we've already got.

Don't go out shopping and get yourself stressed,

or you'll end up needing a bit of a rest.

If you want to be generous, despite what we've said,

Then save all the hassle and do this instead.....

Kangaroos is a fantastic local charity that delivers FUN and SOCIAL activities for young people with varied learning disabilities in Mid Sussex. The many benefits include building friendships, self esteem and confidence, whilst improving social skills and independance, but most of all it can be about having fun and an opportunity to make the most of life, just like everybody else.
