As spring arrives it's time to take on some physical challenges and raise some money for a good cause.

On May 2nd I will be competing in the Winchester May Day Triathlon. It' s a sprint distance, but that's Olympian for me!

A fortnight later I am saddling up with a few friends to cycle south to north up the length of Wales, a distance of around 200 miles over three days.Apparently it's quite hilly in parts e.g. Brecon, Snowdonia!
