Hello everyone, I am a parent of one of the children within the Leeds united foundation team. We have juniors all under 16 within the team who have some form of disability, these children have a love for football but abilities and medical issues stop them for playing a level of football that would allow them to play in a league of a ‘normal’ football team.

Here within Leeds United the foundation team allows them to do this.

Many of the team have been together over a year now as it is only a very new set up within the foundation at Leeds United.
The team are coming on leaps and bounds and building in confidence, so we are at the point now we would like to make the Leeds United foundation team go international. This has never been done before and we feel as parents the enjoyment and playing football against other clubs with other junior disability teams would bring a joy of happiness too them.

We are at very early stages of this fundraising and also require contacts to make this happen. All money fundraised will go towards the tour and to the Leeds United foundation.

Children within the foundation have things such as autism, are visually impaired, genetic chromosome disorders, epilepsy, cerebral palsy and learning difficulties.

As you maybe aware a number of the players from Leeds United have had a lot of involvement with the team doing player visits and allowing them to join the players on the pitch before game.

Come on please help us in getting Leeds United Foundation on the map internationally and give these children the first ever Leeds united disability football tour.
