I think we have all suffered, or know someone that has had some form of mental health issue. Whether it be lockdown due to Covid-19 or other incidents in my life, I have found myself requiring professional help over the last few months and it hasn't been easy. I have found that unless someone is a danger to themselves or others getting the right help has been an absolute nightmare, I received advice from my local doctors surgery and spent hours searching the Internet  eventually stumbling upon a site by chance. I think this is completely unacceptable, and I fear a lot of people wouldn't have spent the amount of time and put as much effort into finding the help as I have.

I last had a haircut and a shave on April 13th 2020, the abuse and nasty comments I have received from both friends and strangers since has opened my eyes massively. I have decided to turn this negatively into a positive and would like it if people could donate to a cause that is (in my opinion) greatly overlooked. I have set the target at £300 which I think is very achievable, I will be overjoyed if I accomplish this and elated if I surpass this amount.

At the moment I don't have a date in mind for the scalping, maybe I should do it on April 13th 2021...... if I can tolerate the beard for that long, or maybe wait till we come out of lockdown which from what the press are saying is expected to be around the same time.
