Every day our medical and nursing team provides the highest standard of care and the best quality treatments to some of the sickest children in the country, but we want to do so much more!

In 2014 a team of 13 PICU staff took on Tough Mudder - an ultimate test of team building skills. 

Our super nurses - Becky, Dani, Graham, Lauren, Stacey and Damian are taking on, Rough Runner continuing that fundraising legacy to improve the service we offer to children, young people and families in our care and improve their experience. Why? Play is an integral part of children's treatment. Improving our play equipment will help to reduce fear and distress for children in high dependency and intensive care allowing us to provide those little extras.
