We empower women & men in 18000 communities to end their hunger and poverty sustainably

Story

Growing up in Ghana I would often wonder how people without means could empower themselves to feed and fend for their families. Recently I learnt about the The Hunger Project who are focused on enabling people in developing countries to help themselves - especially women. I think their emphasis on mobilising people at the grassroots level to be self-reliant and empowering women as key change agents is brilliant. If this cause resonates, please can you help me raise some money for The Hunger Project.
