Story

Message from Noah:

In my bar mitzvah year, I wanted to do something to help another child less fortunate than me. Through Jewish Child’s Day, a charity close to my family’s heart, I have been twinned with a boy my age through the Netanya Foundation’s Moadonit programme - an after school club in Israel for children at risk.

My twin is my age and will have his bar mitzvah the week before me. Sadly, his mother died when he was only 7 and he is not in regular  contact with his father. He is being brought up by his grandparents in a loving family environment – I am fundraising for him to have a celebration that he would not otherwise be able to have.

In order to raise money, I am embarking on my ’Monopoly Board’ challenge – walking the 22 streets that make up the Monopoly Board – a challenge of 15 miles.

Please sponsor me to help me support this fantastic programme that makes such a big difference to these children’s lives.
