My whole world was turned upside down on Monday July 8th 2013 when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  The support and care that I have received since then from GWH Breast Cancer Unit has been amazing and I would like to give something back to them to show my thanks!  

I'm halfway through my chemotherapy treatment at the moment and in December due a mastectomy and reconstruction surgery then the New Year will ring in a lovely course of radiotherapy!!!                    

One of the side effects of Chemotherapy is hair loss and I've now come to terms with the fact that very soon I will lose all of my hair!! So I thought why not have something good come from it!! Next Friday 20th September I will be having my blonde locks fully shaved off!  

I'm really excited about having something positive to focus on and really hope that all of my wonderful friends & family will help me raise as much money as possible for this fantastic cause!! :) xx
