On Sunday 28th May 2017 we are taking part in the Great Manchester Run 10k, raising money for the British Tinnitus Association. It'll be my 6th time taking part & Ruby's 1st ever charity 10k!

We're doing the run in memory of our close friend Craig Gill, who tragically passed away on November 20th 2016 aged 44. He had suffered for many years with debilitating tinnitus. Our lives have changed forever. We love & miss Craig every day and we are now doing all we can to raise awareness of tinnitus & men's mental health.
