• Pontypridd Aquathlon (Swim & Run) - 25th Sept 2016
• Amman Valley Triathlon (Sprint Distance) - 2nd Oct 2016

That's my 'Triple Challenge' and I'd appreciate any donations :)

So far the Simon Bates Foundation has donated over £60,000 to causes around the world to help create brighter futures or people who need the support. Donations have included £10k to Sport Newcastle to fund grass root sports, facilities and coaching allowing people to reach heights they quite simply couldn't have reached without the support, an ongoing commitment to Build it international where money from the Simon Bates Foundation is helping to train and educate youngsters in Katuba Zambia (a cause close to Simon's heart) to gain the skills and training to build schools and an infrastructure for themselves rather than building it for them therefore making a longer and more beneficial impact! Local cancer charity Daft As A Brush received a donation and Tiny Lives in Newcastle (who care for premature and 'tiny' babies) received money to buy a life saving piece of equipment to hell feed tiniest of babies- changing their life and giving them a brighter future! There are many more occasions where the Simon Bates Foundation has positively impacted people's lives so please help that continue and donate generously.
