I’m not a runner - in fact I’d go as far as saying I actively dislike  exercise! But 2018 is the year of my 50th birthday so it’s about time I pulled up my big girl (running) pants and gave it a go.

I’m raising money for the most amazing charity - Shaw Mind Foundation - every penny raised through my blood sweat and tears (literally!) will go to support building psychological resilience for our kids.
