We offer mum to mum breastfeeding support to help all babies get the best start

Story

My big sister was my inspiration to try breastfeeding. 20 years ago she was involved when the BfN first began. 18 years plus ago she told me and my bump to go along to a breastfeeding drop-in group and find out more. She and the BfN helped me through an amazing but not easy time of my life. I am grateful to the knowledge and support that BfN shared which helped me to breastfeed against the odds when I would otherwise have given up. It was all about information, support and buckets of tea and empathy!! I want to raise funds so we can go on helping other mums who also need information, support and just somewhere safe to go and talk about their concerns, exhaustion, confusion at what can be a time of huge change.
