We will be cycling 10km with our friends and family in beautiful North Norfolk this Saturday. It is in memory of our dear uncle Frank who died over 12 years ago. 

We will be peddling really fast in case we need to zoom back to London to meet our new baby brother!! 

The Frank Haines Memorial Trust raises money for small charities in East London, supporting young people and children in London’s poorest borough (www.frankhaines.com).
