We have supported Blind Sailing for several years now, mainly
through providing safety boat support at their training weekends but also with anything else that needs doing which can be anything from providing lifts to making cups of tea to handing out chocolate snacks from the boat when out on the water!

I started running during lockdown doing the couch to 5k, initially finding that running for 30 seconds was an extreme target but having done my first 5k charity run last September, I'm now embarking on my first 10k challenge at the Southampton 10k on 24th April.

Blind Sailing is a very worthwhile charity which provides sailing opportunities to blind and visually impaired people with a view to developing sailing and racing skills either just for fun or to take part in National and International Competitions.
