Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 12th June my big cousin sadly passed away, this has left my wonderful family heart broken and we miss him dearly. It has shown me how strong we can be together, but we’ll never quite be the same again. Sam was a fabulous big cousin so caring, funny, genuine I can’t help but want to make him proud and raise money for something close to his heart.

So as Sam did a couple of years ago we will be running the Great South run on 21st October with some of my amazing cousins Jake Smith, Zoe Smith and Brett Walker.

I will also be running the Tatton Half marathon on 4th November all in memory of Sam. If one race wasn’t enough!

We are raising money for the Snowdrop Trust who will direct the funds raised at providing a musical therapy programme for children who are seriously ill or have life limiting conditions - something Sam spoke about when he was himself very ill. The fund has already raised a fantastic amount through Sam's remembrance page, but if you can spare a few quid to help boost it, it will mean a great deal to us all.
