Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For the month of March I'm giving up chocolate, Lucozade, buns, cakes, puddings & desserts.

I'm also going to get more active by either walking 10,000 steps a day (approx. 8km), riding 10km a day or rowing 5 km a day. Or a combination of the above. Allowing for illness or laziness on some days I can do more than this a day so as to allow for a break later on. 

I'm doing this largely for selfish purposes. I need to lose weight and get fit. However if anyone wants to sponsor me, the money will go to a good cause. I do like people (sometimes) but if I had my way my house would be full of animals. I can't do this (Wendy won't let me) so instead if by my doing this I can raise a bit of money for Mayflower then it will help keep me disciplined.
