For my sins I am running the GNR this year to help raise much needed funds for Care for Kids North Devon.  I haven't run a half marathon for a few years, and the training is challenging in the heat.  The GNR is the last big UK run that I  need to tick off the list.  It won't be pretty, but I will complete it.
