The "Retirement Leap" is complete !! ( An amazing experience )

On Sat 29th June I succesfully completed my Tandem Skydive from 12 000 feet. ( It is a very long way down even at 120mph ! )  I have added some photographs below.

Thank you so much for your fantastic response to my appeal. I finish work with Network Rail on 12th July, so there is still an opportunity to support the wonderful work of SMILE Malawi.

This is a charity close to my heart, having been set up by a colleague and close friend, Elspeth Baecke. My aim was to provide breakfast porridge for all 35 children in the orphanage for a whole year !  As I am already over my initial target we may as well sort out lunch as well !!!
