Story
Sierra Leone will always be a special place to us! It was 'home' from 1977 to 1995, through four mission terms. Yvonne and I have made many repeat visits since then, including a memorable family trip in 2009.
For the past 6 years, I have served on the board of trustees for Support EFSL. It is a UK based charity which helps to raise funds for projects of the Evangelical Fellowship of Sierra Leone.
On the 25th of July - very soon! - several of our trustees will be running to raise funds primarily for the following projects:
- Roofing churches in rural communities
- Providing safe houses and support for vulnerable new believers
- Radio ministry
- Enabling rural pastors with training and resources
