So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity...2.4 mile open water swim will be hard as I only started to swim front crawl back in October,hoping to complete the swim in 1hr 40 mins then out of the water onto the 112 mile bike ride course,5hrs to do this would be great but let's see,after the swim and bike comes a nice steady 26.2 mile marathon run,4hr 30 would be fantastic time.tears will roll and sweat will pour so please please dig deep for a good cause...ps I will let u rub my legs after...cheers respect
