2019 is apparently the year I’ve decided to push out of my comfort zone in as many ways as possible and in keeping with the theme here goes my first sky dive.

In 2011 I was caught up in the magic of having my first child, and I was blessed it all went well and I had a healthy baby girl. Through my post natal group I met the parents of Lily Mae and heard their story of the unimaginable pain that exists when things go wrong. 

I have gone on to know several people who have also experienced similar tragedy and as such wanted to  fundraise for a local charity who have worked tirelessly to raise awareness and facilitate support for those affected by neonatal death or stillbirth as well as campaigning for a better understanding of the “why” and possible prevention.
