On 04/04/2012 I sadly lost my Grandpa to Cancer, he had previously fought it 8 years ago and was given the all clear and went on to live a full happy life...mostly spent on the golf course or curling which were two of his passions. The cancer sadly returned in 2011. He had a huge family and circle of friends and recieved constant support from everyone. My grandparents partly brought me up and I have always been very close to them both, he was more than an grandpa to me. Cancer is an evil, sly, quiet disease and effects so many people today. I am taking part in the Baker Hughes 10K in May so please help me in any way you can to show your support for the fantastic charities that help to support the many people and thier families with cancer.
