UPDATE Sunday 29th July - Thank you for your donations folks, I'm well on way to target and it's much appreciated, it's also appreciated by Callum's Trust who do great things with the monies raised.

I'm up in Inverness this weekend and just preparing for any ther training run, sunny here but very windy and rain forecast so could be an interesting run.

I will be doing the 25 mile cycle, which will be a challenge as I have only been out on my bike twice this year. But this is a local charity supporting people here in the Scottish Borders, so I want to do my bit to help.
