Dear Friends

I gave up alcohol for January and pledged to also do dry February if I hit 600.00 which I did. Those who know me, know I like the odd drink or two, so this will be a challenge.

I am now also 1 of 18 people taking on the biggest loser challenge, which started on the 18th January and lasting 12 weeks. This is who can lose the biggest percentage of their body weight. Again this will be a challenge, but I intend on winning it.

Bolton Hospice is my chosen charity for these challenges as it’s possible that Susan, my partner of almost 19 years will be in need of their services this year, as she has terminal cancer.

Please give what you can for this wonderful charity.
