I am training to run the Derby 10k in April, my aim/target is to run 10K in less than an hour. I am currently going from no running traning at all so this will be a challenge!

As most of you are aware, I have my very own Boxer-dog - Deeks, whom I love very dearly and is a part of my family. The Nottinghamshire & Yorkshire Boxer Rescue charity is a fantastic charity that helps not only re-home Boxer Dogs but ensures they get the treatment and training they need! All the volunteers at the charity do a fantastic job...

Please help me raise money for those doggies in need!
