So I've purchased some new running shoes and have been trying them out....was hoping they would have wheels or rockets or something attached for extra speed...sadly no! So I guess it's time to work on my running legs! It's been quite a while since I have done any proper running but have really enjoyed training over the past few weeks and hoping it will pay off on 23rd! 

I've been inspired to raise money for the Chamwell Centre, a local charity who are currently fundraising to build a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy centre based in Gloucestershire to support children and adults with severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities to help them achieve their potential and to overcome their disabilities.The Chamwell Centre has already successfully raised 80% of the £4,000,000 it needs to build a range of new facilities, including the hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy soft play, various therapy and consulting rooms, an atrium cafe as well as an outside play and multi-sports area suitable for wheelchair users.  This project will make a fundamental difference to the children and those who can benefit from these facilities as well as their families.
