for good measure I've signed up for the Great North Run and then the Royal Parks 1/2 marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Research.  Matt's Macmillan Nurses, Claire and Fred have always been there for us.  When Matt's tumour came back last April it seemed like the end of the world but, double hard bastard that he is, Matt's been fighting.  there have been ups and downs and uncertainties but the one constant throughout has been the care and support from Claire and Fred.  You guys are truly special.  Thank you.
