Laura is taking part in her first ever competitive open swim, and will be swimming 1500m in the London Docklands. Steve will be cycling 40km, and may break a few speed limits judging by his latest races. John will be running a 10km race to finish us off. All this is in aid of a fantastic charity which our amazing Mum works so hard for as chair of trustees.
