I have been involved in Changes Bristol for three years and have experienced the benefits first hand. Changes has provided me with a place to connect with people in an open and supportive environment and also given me the opportunity to use my own experiences to help others.

Changes Bristol offers group meetings that are non-judgemental, confidential and completely free. Their meetings are open to anyone looking to improve their mental well-being, with no waiting lists or commitment required. These types of groups can be beneficial to so many which is why I would really love to see Changes expand further, in order to reach even more people and more communities.

The services that Changes offer are at no charge to those who use them, they rely solely on donations and this is why I am aiming to raise as much as I can.
