Story
As all my friends and family know we were hit with the devastation of our daughter receiving the diagnosis of Autism at 2 1/2 and has always been without speech. At the age of 4 she began reception at Gibside school. This is a special school for children 3-11 with all types of disability including Autism bases. The school help teach the children life skills alongside the school curriculum. They are a fantastic school that have helped Olivia grow and develop into the girl she is today. However with costs of specialist equipment and the schools own hydro pool these dont come cheap and therefore need your help.
Ive decided to run the 40th GNR to help raise some much needed cash for this great cause. It will be Olivias last year starting in September so I thought what better way than to give something back as a thank you.
It isnt going to be easy what with all my issues but i wont bore you with those 🤣. It will make training and completion a struggle but its a struggle I’m prepared to take with a little help of a donation from yourself to make it all worthwhile.
Please dig deep and help me out, i will keep you updated on my struggles, erm i mean my training progress as i go
