On the 8th October I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Success after Stroke. Success after Stroke is a Suffolk based charity which provides, through their dedicated team of professional therapists and volunteers, care and support to stroke survivors and their families, helping them to regain confidence and rebuild their lives.

With just over a week to go before the big day, any contributions you can spare would be hugely appreciated as this is a small charity that does a lot of really good work and to which every penny certainly helps!!
