We're not sure what we have got ourselves into....but we will be tackling 20 obstacles over 6 miles on April 24th at the Midlands Tough Mudder event. This will involve jumping into a giant ice bath, electroshocks, lots of mud and a tough 10k run!!! 

To keep us motivated and make this worthwhile, we will be raising money for the Ryan Stanford Appeal. This charity funds vital research into Alpers' syndrome, a devastating paediatric mitochondrial disease which involves severe drug-resistant epilepsy, rapid neurological decline and liver failure in young infants and children. Research will help better understand the causes of disease and will hopefully lead to improved treatments for patients.

We will appreciate every single donation... and will need all the luck we can get!!
