Hi all,

As most of you know my daughter Chloe has Down Syndrome. We have been part of  the Follow your Dreams family for a while now and I can't tell you how much they helped Chloe throughout the pandemic, the support and fun they gave her has been incredible, so it's because of this we have decided to jump 12,000ft out of a plane and hope you guys will sponsor us!

We are raising money for this amazing charity as they have done so much for children and young people with disabilities, especially since the start of the pandemic! They have provided zoom parties and activity sessions  all free of charge to their members, which has brought so many smiles to so many faces and made what is already a very hard time alot easier to their vulnerable members! 

They also provide the most amazing support not only to the children and young people but their families too. The Follow Your Dreams team recently took a load of families to Bluestone for a week and brought together families that have only met via a screen, it was the most amazing experience for all the families to meet face to face, alot of new friendships were made. To raise funds for them would just be amazing.

We have set a goal of £800 but if we could exceed this we would be forever grateful 🙏🏼
